What are the guidelines for FCS schools playing 12 regular season games? Since 2006 FBS schools play 12 games.

FCS schools can only play 12 games when the calendar gives an extra weekend in the season (looking for exact guidelines)...

Where can the list of those years be found?

2008 was the last year, it generally happens every 3 or 4 years. Haven't been able to find the list yet.

Aren't 12 game seasons over with the expansion of the playoffs in 2010?

Actually, 4 teams are being added in 2010.
2 AQ's - NEC and Big South.
2 at-larges.
Always have to have at least 50% of the bids from at-larges.
