DynCorp had exclusive contract with them. I drove a piece of sh.t Tahoe around Baghdad for 15 months. Fvcker just about got my head lopped off live on Al Jazeera when it broke down on me a couple times. Luckily there was a Rover nearby to hop into.

Dyn lost most of their DoS police training contracts to MPRI and SAIC. Most of the Dyn honchos I had to deal with in Iraq were fvcking criminals. I don't know what it would take for Dyn to actually fire one of their logistics or on site program managers. Maybe if they buttfvcked a 5 year old with Downs Syndrome in church, but even then they might just get reassigned. I think pretty much the only policing contract they have left is Haiti.
