Cant it be both?
Well, I was more surprised by what happened in Pocatello.

Losing to Idaho State by 36 is beyond pathetic. That's twice as much as ISU's margin over Montana Western.

Yeah I think your right, but I dont think anybody would have predicted what happened in Ogden, I thought Weber would win, but by 24? No way.

It was blowout night in the Big Sky, apparently. Only 2 games decided by less than 18.

  • Men

SUU 69-90 PSU; Vikings get six in double figures to end a long drought
MSU 51-87 ISU; Chris Hansen makes a school-record 9 treys for a Bengal team that shot 64%
UMT 63-87 WEB; Montana shot 65% in the second half & still couldn't make a dent in the deficit
NAU 68-76 UNC; Both teams shoot well over 50%, but the Bears win turnovers by 5
SAC 48-49 UND; Hornets go 1/10 from the arc, including a miss at the buzzer

    Women

UND 62-80 SAC; The Hornets win turnovers 31-15 against easily flustered UND
PSU 60-83 SUU; T-Birds go 10/16 from the arc against the Big Sky's best perimeter D
UNC 71-43 NAU; D'Shara Strange gets 21 points, 14 boards, and 7 assists
WEB 43-90 UMT; The Lady Griz get their most lopsided win in 7 years against the godforsaken Wildcats
ISU 65-46 MSU; The Bobcats play better D in the second half, but shoot just 15%

You coming to town for the game or are you just going over to SE's for a flat brim party?

2/16 Scores

Post by Mvemjsunpx »

  • Men

SUU 72-86 EWU; It's difficult to make up a double-digit deficit when one of your top scorers gets ejected
UMT 61-54 ISU; Cherry only shoots 13%, but he still gets 10 points, 11 boards, 2 blocks, 3 steals, & 6 assists
MSU 61-69 WEB; Weber outshoots MSU 64%-40%, yet somehow wins by only 8
SAC 64-78 UNC; Derrick Barden gets a double-double & goes 10/11 from the field
NAU 74-72 UND (OT); The Lumberjacks return the overtime favor despite no Stallon Saldivar

    Women

UNC 81-73 SAC; Stephanie Lee & Lauren Oosdyke go a combined 20/30 and score a combined 48 points
EWU 78-70 SUU; After lighting up PSU, Hailey Mandelko goes 2/16 against the Eags
UND 60-64 NAU (OT); Erikka Banks scores 18 off the bench for NAU, more than half her total coming in
ISU 49-61 UMT; Two minutes into the second half, Kenzie De Boer had outscored Idaho State 21-19
WEB 65-69 MSU; Nearly blowing an 18-point lead against winless Weber isn't what righting ships are made of

Stating too look like the Hornets won't be seeing the BSCT again. Katz continues to show his ineptitude with another road loss.

Sac would have to crumble not to make in to the tourney. I think they win at ISU and MSU at the end go get in

I don’t think so. NAU swept us so they hold the tie breaker. We split UND and UNC so I think the next tie breaker is comparisons to teams in order of standings (not sure who gets the tie breaker there) and assuming a loss to MSU, they hold the tie breaker due to their Weber win. We only have 1 “should” win with the ISU home game but I think it will all come down to the final game at MSU (we’ll lose at home to Weber and at UM). Given our road woes, I don’t like the possible outcome at MSU. I don’t think 8 wins will be enough for us.

You will probably lose to ISU but will beat MSU.

 Why? Are you not confident in your own team? Tell ya what. You beat MSU and lose to ISU you change your avatar to one of my liking, if you beat both, lose to both or Beat ISU and lose to MSU pick me a fancy avatar.

The odds are in your favor.
