Um yeah...this. That confrontation was so staged it's hysterical.

I'm neutral on unions as well and perhaps I'm getting this issue wrong, but if a majority of workers vote to unionize, why should someone be able to take advantage of their wages. Aren't unions workplace democracies? It's not as if you are forced to look for a job at a union shop.
Yeah. It's all fake.   You deniers are a piece of work. I've seen these EXACT scenes played out in front of my own building simply because we had the audacity to hire a non-union drywalling company.

There is a simple solution...

Have the employers force the employees join a church and confiscate a portion of their paychecks as dues (tithe) so they can, in turn, donate that money to pro life causes, anti-gay marriage groups, and conk candidates. :thumb:

MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

Got it. So, in kalms world, the bankers are protected by the conk "producer" myth, but the union thuggery videos are "staged".

Yep, you're a real centrist, clammy. :coffee:

Cleets has all of his money in his pillow and/or in offshore tax-free brokerage accounts. Too many broad overstatements about banking. Geez, we have George Bailey and AZGF, and they're as upright and honest as they come.

For the most part, it is. Just like most union jobs should be $8 an hour jobs....but they're $35 an hour jobs because of the union thugs, yet you wonder why the businesses move the jobs overseas.

It's not "Banks" in and of themselves... Especially Mop and Pop Credit Union Etc.
What I'm talking about are the Financial Institutions related to The Fed and The Street and gigantic Money Management swindlers / the 401K swindlers who scrape off hundreds of Millions (I wish that was an exaggeration) then proceed to bonus themselves out of other peoples money / Lie and Inside scheme...

They are one of the primary destroyers of this Republic
They suffer no consequences and live largely untouched by common law
And they will have us blame the Unions and the poor when they've stolen everything there is to steal
and when there is finally NOTHING LEFT it will be somebody else who is at fault

So yeah...
Unions suck and frankly I despise them - they have no honor
But I'm not so easily fooled as to say:
"See there, see those over paid guys getting $35 when they should be getting $18, they're the problem..."

Sure Unions are a problem
But our Federal Reserve System and all it's multifaceted deception, Money changers and swindlers 401 thieves and the Wall Street Buddy System have FAR MORE wrong with them

Just my opinion don't take it personally
But these guy like to think of themselves as Merlin in King Authors Court
as indispensable magicians performing dark and secret deeds of honor
When it's basically just common thievery with smoke and mirrors

:coffee: whatever...

I hate Unions but I also hate companies who would pay workers 3.00/HR if they could get away with it. SO we need Unions.

Middle class wages drive most demand. I'm guessing that's true of CU's. the wealthy can only buy so many houses and boats and/or will pay cash. :coffee:

its funny how some people what to tell compines what to pey their workers. Who the hell wants to work for 8.00/hour? This is why we need Unions. Most of these workers make 20.00/ hour not 35.00/hours

The problem is that a high school drop out gets in with the union and will make $10/hr spraying hubcaps. The next year they strike for more pay. Before you know it, you have a reject making $25 and all he does is spray hubcaps. In turn, the company has to increase the price of the product to pay for it's over paid labor force. Unions rarely strike for unsafe work conditions or things like that. They strike for greed. They strike for more money. Or when they do strike (to maintain benefits) they put other people out. The Union has outlived its usefulness. With wage laws, OSHA and other laws to protect the worker, the Union is a byproduct of a bygone era. On top of that, if you don't join the union, you are ostracized in addition to having to pay them regardless of your lack of affiliation.

Hold on, I agree with you 100%. However, you can't have it both ways. On one hand, you cant say. I dont want workers to make 35.00/hour , but the CEO of the same company gets 3.4 million a year and you say, well thats his market value. Amd I know about not joining Unions. I worked at UPS from 1987-89 and I would not join the Teamsters Union. I was not willing to pay 75.00 a month for dues.

Im all for people getting paid as much money as they can get. I wont say anything about how much people make, because I don't want anyone telling me how much money I should make.
