Despite spending more per student than any other district in the country ($18,667), Washington DC has the lowest high school graduation rate in the nation...

The nation’s capital had the worst four-year high school graduation rate in the country in 2010-2011, a finding that suggests the city has more work to do to reform its historically troubled school system.
Touting the use of a “common, rigorous measure” across the states for the first time, the U.S. Department of Education said in a report released this week that the District had a graduation rate of 59 percent, placing it behind Nevada’s rate of 62 percent. Iowa fared the best, with an 88 percent graduation rate. Maryland reported an 83 percent graduation rate, while Virginia had an 82 percent rate.

About 50% of Black Males graduate from High School (Nationally)
Latino Males graduate at about a 65% rate
White Males at about 82%

Girls win the graduation game however:
White girls about 95% and Asian Girls about 99% Latino Girls 90%
GIRLS are GRADUATING from High School

Nah...klean, despite his mental deficiencies, somehow graduated from high school and college...so anybody can get a pass for graduation.

The information just means D.C. probably has stricter standards than other areas.
