I shouldn't have stereotyped. My apology.

Ebenezer AME. WOW, Ill let you in on a bacl person thing. Its an unwrittin rule that you don't talk bad about white people in a black church. Look at it like this, for that 2 hours, your mind should be on the relationship between you and God. Not some white man who did not give you a promotion because of your skin color.

Why is it unwritten? Shouldn't it be a rule to live by, to not talk ill about people based on their skin color regardless of where you are? What happened to content of character? I know this church and the others aren't the norm, but too many people use Religion and positions of influence to perpetuate their hate. This pastor said his remarks and there were many, "mmm hmmm" and "Amen" responses after it. Though, nobody dared to look me in the eye. Some people (whites including) are racist about everything and it's usually a by product of their upbringing. The baptist church my FIL grew up in continues to parade the Stars and Bars down the aisle, talk about a better time before the "war"(this church predates the Civil War) and how women should be home tending the family and not working to help support the family. These two churches have plenty of sheep that believe the hate and it's depressing.

Face it klean, you keep slipping up and revealing your acceptance of racism by blacks and yourself. You feel as though you've earned it. :dunce:

Quick change the subject again.

I'm really surprised he slipped up and said blacks know not to be racist in church. That's comical.
