I tend to agree to a point. I have 13 employees, we offer health insurance at a 50/50 match, 401k with matching, short and long term disability, two weeks paid vacation, two weeks paid sick leave, monthly and annual bonusing based on productivity benchmarks, and free dental care for all immediate family members. I haven't had any turnover in ten years (that i didn't want). We have a stack of resumes of people that are dying to work for us. So, you get the type of employees you deserve. My people are the best at what they do, and I treat them accordingly. They make me a ton of money. But, Places like Denny's, Papa John's, etc. are a very different story. 2) I'm no fan of Obamacare, but there was a time in this country when running a successful business meant taking care of your employees.
