SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

You know I once read the history of how the elephant and ass symbols came to be and I have some dim memory about some newspaper guy or something but otherwise I've forgotten and even the dim memory may be incorrect. But I'm not going to cheat and Google it.Yes
