Flip flops? Seriously?

He's been President for 4 years, he has an established record and you're worried about flip flops?
Of course you are, you are a desperate partisan, you'll grab on to any crumb that you can.

Let's see, there's numerous more well documented Obama flip flops:

-Obama flipped flopped on the debt limit- as a Senator he was against increasing it, as a president he has been all for increasing it several times during his 4 yrs.

-Obama flipped flopped on the Bush tax cuts. He campaigned against extending them, then he extended all of them.

-Obama flipped flopped on the deficit. He promised to cut it in half by the end of his 1st term. He has passed 4 years of trillion dollar deficits.

-Obama flipped flopped on health care. Said if you like your health plan you can keep it; but then threw seniors off Medicare Plus & many employers are now saying they’ll dump people onto the public exchange.

-Obama flipped flopped on health care #2: Promised health care negotiations would be televised, then changed his mind.

You weren't paying attention to Obama's campaign tour in Ohio today...he said you couldn't trust Romney to be President because Romney flip flopped on issues!

So, I guess you'll be posting that Obama is grabbing on to any crumb that he can...just to be fair and balanced. :suspicious:

I bring it up because Obama, and a lot of donks right now are trying to paint Romney as a flip flopper, you know, "Romnesia", which is the ultimate in hypocrisy and the pot calling the kettle black.
"On the campaign trail in Iowa today, President Obama insisted that his political record has remained the same since he first ran for office as a State Senator in Illinois.

""You can take a videotape of things I said 10 years ago, 12 years ago and you'd say, 'Man this is the same guy,'" he insisted after criticizing Mitt Romney for changing his positions on issues.

Does that include gay marriage? Or single payer universal health care? Or welfare reform? Or drivers licenses for illegal immigrants?....."
http://washingtonexaminer.com/article/2511595" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Donks on this board this campaign season have accused Romney of being a flip flopper, as if Obama isn't one. Well, again, a case of major hypocrisy and the pot calling the kettle black. Romney is a flip flopper, but so is Obama, and a worse one at that. He has out flip flopped Romney.

So it looks like all the donks are as you put it, "grabbing at crumbs" too.

There is no trying. He is one. And so is Obama. And so is Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, need I go on? Basically, we should examine their actions and not their words.

I don't think the flip flop charge works as well on a sitting candidate. Romney would get more traction pointing out that Obama didn't keep his promises from 2008.

All politicians change their mind, so of course Obama is going to call Romney a flip flopper. I realize that it's a matter of semantics, but I think talking about Obama's broken promises will go further than calling Obama a flip flopper just because he called Romney one.
