MVFC Week 7 Predictions

Hey guys, new to this site and saw these threads for other conferences so I thought I'd start one for the valley.

Pretty good matchups this weekend in the Valley.


South Dakota @ Missouri State

South Dakota takes the toilet bowl of the Valley in a close road win.


Northern Iowa @ Southern Illinois

Northern Iowa gets healthy after a bye and gets their first D-1 win of the season.


Indiana State @ #1 North Dakota State

Bison contain Shakir Bell and roll at home.


Western Illinois @ #20 South Dakota State

This one might end up being the best game of the weekend. I'll take SDSU at home with the nation's leading rusher but don't underestimate Western Illinois.

GAME OF THE WEEK
#8 Youngstown State @ #14 Illinois State

This is the most important game of the week because last weekend these teams were both undefeated and this weekend they both need a big win to recover. I'll take YSU bouncing back on the road.

SIU has a legit chance in this. Plus UNI doesn't do too well in Carbondale. SIU is 3-3 and 2-1 in conference and could still win the Valley.
