Stolen it? No, but plenty of countries have had our version of free-for-all capitalism forced on them as a condition of receiving emergency loans from the IMF.

Yes, really. It was a bipartisan vote for funds for infrastructure building and improvements. And as I said, more Dems than Republicans voted for it.

And finally, this funding had nothing to do with the level of human security. That's why the left isn't making a lot if noise about this; because they know its a loser. (But don't let facts get in the way of what you want to believe)
