Seems like we have two choices:

A) Take over and occupy the rest of the world.

B) Accept the fact that other countries also have aspirations, many of which we may not like.

I don't think A is possible, no matter who the President is.

Option A worked well for the Mongols, the Macedonians, Romans, Catholics, British, French, Nazi's and Soviets. What could possibly go wrong?

You're right.

Obama's foreign policy sucks, but Romney has the right idea: we'll cut taxes, but we won't cut defense spending, and we'll get tougher in the Middle East. It can work if we go shopping more often.

Iran Closer to Weapons-Grade Fuel, Experts Find

Possibly as close as two months to 18 months, depending on who you ask.

It's obvious, we need to invade Iran. Support the troops, go to the mall.

Point is that should be a detailed discussion on how to proceed in the foreign policy debate. I would hope the same type of discussion would take place with the wackos in North Korea and our frenemies in Pakistan.

Seems a bit more relevant to most people than checking Dora the Explorer's papers...

So we need the same type of discussion for a country without a nuke with two countries with nukes? Stop bullshitting and just say it...you want to attack Iran. :ohno:

last thing I'm up for its sending troops or ordnance into Iran, North Korea or Pakistan. Or pretty much anywhere else.

But the idea of the Iranian theocracy having a nuke is not on my bucket list.

so how would you stop them from obtaining it? The only answer to that question imo is regime change. So...we have a conundrum.

Maybe a good blockade and supporting the Iranian democrats more strongly might help. Then we pluck out Ahmanuttajob's scraggly beard, hair by hair, and toss him into a pit of vipers.

Great siggy, by the way! :thumb:

Iran is controlled by nuts at the top
but they aren't stupid enough to enact a response that would allow for all-out-war against them

Dick Gregory was right when he said words to the effect that if our system was so wonderful we wouldn't need to impose it at gunpoint because people would steal it.

Hopefully but if you're Israel do you want to bet your country and your life on it?
Being wrong about a topic is called post partisanism - kalm

MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

Thank you for your attention to this matter - UNI88
