Fisher vs. Texas

Post by Pwns »

Another affirmative action case coming up in the SCOTUS.

Since Kagan has recused herself, what happens if Kennedy sides with UT and you have a 4-4 tie?

Then the underlying appellate court ruling is deemed affirmed, although precedential value is zilch.

I was hoping this was about Fisher Price.

I was thinking Carrie Fisher was having a drug induced, bipolar tirade.

In situations like this, the recused judge, Kagan, must begin preparations for a Supreme Court Twister Challenge or SCTC.

Winner of said SCTC gets to choose which side of the issue any fence riders, in this case - Kennedy, will fall.

I'm confident the experience, low osteoporosis and flexibility ( trust me) of the female justices will prevail. On the other side, Roberts is the one to watch. I hear he was a part time autofellatio performer in the Rainbow Circus while clerking for Bortz.

Only three girls in my daughters school were accepted to Maryland last year. All three were Hispanic. Take it FWIW.
