I'm with you on the UMass - BC game. BC is going to win that one.

While everyone expected NDSU to beat Central Michigan, and not many were surprised that UNI beat Iowa State, I'd be SHOCKED if UMass beat BC. Shocked.

And I am not easily shocked.

That seems a bit out there. That would not quite be in Appy v Mich land but pretty big nonetheless. Can't see it happening though.

UMass beating BC would surprise me. BC's passed their only reasonably tough test at Georgia Tech. Umass has a good team, but beating BC sould be a challenge.

One other comment in the article caught my eye.

North Dakota State (3-0) @ Western Illinois (3-1)

The Bison have my vote for their inclusion into the MAC after beating the reigning MAC champions, Central Michigan, into submission. The Bison sport a stingy run defense that suffocates opposing offenses. Western Illinois can run the football with their sensational tailback Herb Donaldson. Usually, I like the underdogs at home, but the Bison could beat Notre Dame right now…Prediction: North Dakota State 24 – Western Illinois 20

There are probably 14 FCS teams right now that would be favored in a matchup with Notre Dame. There at least that many listed ahead of them on Sagarin.
