Slow day at work. Also, another point of the documentary was that only 20 photos were taken while on the moon. This was one point that I was not aware of being part of the "conspiracy." Five minute google search later, I've found hundreds of photos that were taken on the moon during the Apollo 11 landing. Why is Neil Armstrong only in a few of them? Because he's the one with the camera.

Mr. Sibrel is full of shit. I would say half of this documentary contains straight up lies manufactured by Mr. Sibrel to get his one sided point across. That or he is the worst documentary researcher ever.

I remember when that happened, but can't remember reading much about what happened after. Anyone wanna' fill me in on the aftermath?

Apparently Spanos sent Buzz an apology as well as stating that he had provoked Buzz into clocking him. Buzz was duped into thinking he was going to have an interview with a Japanese children's program, but instead it was a trap set up by Spanos to ambush him. Spanos tried to sue Buzz, but conspiracy theorist determined that the shadows deceptively made it look like Buzz's fist had flown into Spanos's face, when in fact, Buzz never landed a punch on Spanos's face. Buzz, as well as all Moonwalkers (Michael Jackson and Lance Armstrong included), know who Spanos is, what his intentions are, and refuse to talk to him. This is why Spanos says that the moonwalkers don't conduct interviews or talk about their experiences on the moon.... even though all of them have conducted interviews elsewhere and have written about their experiences.

In the images we were shown that were supposedly taken from the Moon- Guess what- the Earth looks the same size (if not smaller than) the Moon does from Earth.

But, seeing as how the moon is much smaller than Earth- viewing Earth from the Moon should show the Earth as it actually is- Huge compared to what the Moon looks like.

Has anyone said the Earth was smaller than the moon? Could it be the distance between the Earth and Moon? When you are looking at something 150 million kM away, i would assume it would be small. Wouldn't you say?

Expandos, I have a simple question for you. Google: Diffusion of light through the atmosphere, then think for 30 seconds what that might do to the appearance of the moon from earth (and vice-versa, given that the moon has no atmosphere)...then get back to us on the whole "size" argument.

Here's a hint: Ever wonder why a "Harvest Moon" looks so fucking big sitting on the horizon? Well, it ain't because it's suddenly 6x closer to the earth.
