ARs are very well designed for shooting, ergo friendly, straight lines, minimal recoil, and incredible accuracy.

Never has been the world's greatest auto loader, but a damn good shooter.

I'm not against owning a gun. The 2nd Amendment was written in response to the seizure of weapons prior to the Revolution AND for safety.
