Prior to Sacramento State: Played one season at College of the Sequoias in Visalia, Calif…earned all-North Division Valley Conference honors…totaled 35 tackles, including seven for loss…also had two interceptions and forced a fumble…biggest game came against Fresno City where he had 10 tackles, returned an interception 40 yards and forced a fumble.
High School: Graduated from Exeter Union HS in 2010…played varsity football, basketball and baseball…as a senior, he was named second team all-state, all-county and all-Central Sequoia League honors…helped lead the team a share of the CSL title with a 9-2 record while starting at middle linebacker…finished the season with 167 tackles, including 13 sacks…on offense, he had 700 receiving yards and over 900 rushing yards that same season.
