I wasn't sure where to put this, but since SCOTUS may get a crack at it (and POTUS DEFINITELY will), I put it here.
Xbox (owned by Microsoft) and Motorola (owners of the Droid) are involved in patent disputes involving Xbox and Android phones. Microsoft rejected a settlement offered by Motorola following Motorola's suit. Because Xbox is manufactured in CHN, sales here may come to a screeching halt; last month, a judge recommended stopping US sales pending resolution of the case.
The ITC is expected to decide soon and report its recommendationtions to POTUS, who has 60 days to render a final decision. Expect the loser to go to court....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
