SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

I think it means the lefty cried because Obama lied to them when he said he was on their side .

He was in Minnesota last week and then flew over Wisconsin on the way to Chicago but didn't stop in to help them

That's why they were crying after realizing they were used
Flashback from candidate Obama: ‘I’ll walk the picket line with you’

During a 2007 campaign speech in Spartanburg, South Carolina, then-Senator Obama told supporters he would fight for collective bargaining rights if he was elected president.

And understand this: If American workers are being denied their right to organize and collectively bargain when I’m in the White House, I’ll put on a put on a comfortable pair of shoes myself. I’ll walk on that picket line with you as president of the United States.”

No, he's racist. If BOH was white, Bronco and the rest of racist/conk contingent would have complimented him on his enlightened restraint and not getting involved in a fucking loser like a recall election.

I disagree. Obama is a Democrat, white or black, and therefore conks will still be ignorant and hateful. Just like democrats will be when a Republican is in the White House.

2008 Obama made many promises.

Not getting involved with a losing campaign is a smart move. Avoiding strong ties to the labor movement in this instance also doesn't hurt his chances with independents.

It was smart not to get involved in a losing campaign - no sense going down with that ship when you can stay away and stay dry. But as for the ties to the labor movement, it's hard to see this having any impact with independents that would be interested in that - I mean, considering his push for card check elections and having Holder contest Boeing's decision to manufacture in SC, he has a pretty defined track record of supporting the labor movement. Not getting involved in a race that was already lost won't change that.

Ok, distancing himself in this instance from unions - perhaps a middle of the road approach which is actually where I happen to stand on the issue. I'm not pro-union, but I'm also not a mouth-breathing conk who sees them as the scourge of the earth and the second coming of Lenin.

Independents typically can see both sides of an issue and there are some independents who are pro-union, just like there are some union members who are anti-union as witnessed by the 37% who voted for Walker.

Ignorant? You are the guys that voted for this political coward

Same guy that demanded a memo to shift the blame on the Osama raid if it went wrong decided to not go to Wisconsin to give a hand to the folks that gave him money in 2008 and worked hard for his election...very hard

On the day before the recall the media was saying it was a toss up.

Clinton went in to help but the Coward flew over the state and gave the unions the finger. His fund raising was more important

It's Ignorant to support a political coward...I still wouldn't like him but I bet some folks in Wisconsin would have been impressed

 What election does Bill Clinton have to lose in November? I was unaware that BHO was running for governor. A recall election isn't worth it, politically. BHO has more pressing issues then a recall election. Get your head outta your ass.

Rift Builds Between Obama and Unions
breitbart.com ^ | 6/6/12 | John Nolte

As Charles Krauthammer said last night on Fox News, "In Wisconsin, Obama literally mailed it in." Actually, Obama tweeted it in. Though public sector unions throughout the country broke their backs and piggy banks to win him the presidency in 2008, ever the calculating politician willing to throw his supporters under that over-crowded bus, Obama refused to show up and rally for the Wisconsin rank-and-file for fear a loss might give him a bad news cycle or two.

Judging by Michael Moore's re-Tweet below (and common sense), we're likely seeing the beginning of bad blood. Unions aren't happy about this, nor should they be:

Broncholio, Obama and his team are far more intelligent than you or I. Getting involved in the recall, ultimately, would have been a bad move. That's not to say there weren't some consequences, but they pale in comparison to the benefits.

If one goes back, one would see that the Obama supporters started this mess while Bush was still in office. Spewing hateful stuff, and then having the temerity to be surprised when Republicans flung it back after Obama won. Essentially, their attitude was (generally speaking, of course, since there are always exceptions to the rule) we can say whatever we want about YOUR "dummy" while he's in office, but YOU shut up 'cause WE won."

Obama avoids Wisconsin
Weekly Standard ^ | June 2, 2012 | Stephen F. Hayes

Barack Obama seems determined to avoid Wisconsin.

On Friday, he visited Minneapolis, Minnesota, for a midday speech and three fundraisers. He departed late afternoon for Chicago and three more fundraisers that evening. The president stayed overnight in his hometown and spent Saturday morning at his old home before flying back to Washington, D.C., for a brief stop before heading to Camp David for some downtime.

But I wonder if the downsides to skipping the state – and skipping it in the way that he did – are not worse. And there’s always the outside chance that Barrett pulls off a surprise victory – in which case Obama would have been celebrated as a difference-maker.

It’s clear that Wisconsin Democrats wanted him to come. In an interview with the Huffington Post on Thursday Barrett responded to Obama’s visit across the state’s border and invited the president to Wisconsin. “We’d love to have him zip over to western Wisconsin,” Barrett said. “I’m happy to meet him for a fish fry.”

No luck. Rather than travel the thirty miles from the Twin Cities for the perch special at the Mallalieu Inn over in Hudson, Wisconsin (or, even better, a burger at Dick’s), Obama went straight to Illinois, where he held a fundraiser at the Chicago Cultural Center “in an ornate, high-ceilinged room where guests in business attire mingled and sipped wine,” according to the pool report. Tickets started at $2,500.

Wisconsin Democrats cannot be happy with the snub. They were “furious” at what they perceived as inadequate support from national Democrats, leaking their frustrations in what looked like an attempt to shame the Democratic National Committee into providing the backing they were seeking.

An Obama visit to Wisconsin, even if it preceded a loss, would have energized the activists who have been working in the state for more than a year – many of whom Obama will need to work for him over the next five months. And it would have given rank-and-file Democratic voters the sense that their president stood with them on a campaign of such obvious importance to them.

No shit he's a coward, but so is everyone else running for national office. They're careful, calculating people who are only concerned about November.

The people he pissed off would never vote republican anyway.

If he would have showed up to that disaster and made an ass out of himself(like Clinton did) he would have lost/pissed off moderate and independant fucks and democrats who support what walker is doing - AKA people who decide elections.

No offense, Bronco, hate BHO all you want, but his team knows what they're doing.

Blind partisanship is ignorant. It's one thing to say that Obama is not a good President. It's ignorant, crazy and extreme to blame him for everything and bring him up on every thread just because your foil cap is too tight.
