It isnt all teachers being lumped in with this one, Nancy. The beef is with the system that allows this particular one to have and hold on to a teaching job in the first place. Most conks on here have confirmed that they did not experience teachers like this, and Cleets is absolutely right; there are great teachers, but they could all be like this particular teacher and still be in their jobs.
