SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

What percent is actually going towards healthcare? 
Having worked in the EMR field, 100% of that money went to the provider to get them to produce electronic medical records. Higher cost then being put on the patients, that was submitted to insurance. If the insurance paid the difference, the premiums would get raised. It does create temporary jobs, jobs that will go away when the incentive programs are expired.
