MO State Bans Quarterback

Star quarterback Trevor Wooden has been booted from the Missouri State football team for unspecified rules violations. Wooden led the MVC in total offense last year. He was suspended from last year's season opener against Arkansas for a different violation of team rules.

This move leaves the Bears with only two QBs on schollie, a soph and a freshperson.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Hmmm. I'm guessing all 50 season ticket holders are in limbo with this terrible news. Amiright?
