If ya'll remember McBeat from back when he was on the AGS board pretty much and was the beat reporter for McNeese State, I just saw this thread on the McNeese Delphi board noting that he's at ESPN.com now:

To me this is a plus for FCS. He really does follow and know FCS. His job is to deal with LSU but I still think it's a good thing.

Perhaps the stellar quality of the last President also had something to do with it? Where is he right now anyway? Shouldn't he be helping some Republican win the nomination?
