I know it'll never happen but I wish one day an American President would come on in a situation like this and say, "Look. We are not the problem. You are the problem. The Koran is a book. It is ink and paper. If you act like that over the burning of a book you are an idiot. And we're not going to spend our whole lives trying not to offend a bunch of idiots. Grow up. And if you want to fight about it, we will kill you. We will kill every last one of you if we have to. And we can do it."

At some point we need to stop "respecting" and apologizing to these people. We need to stand up and say that their behavior is unacceptable. It's a whole lot more unacceptable than burning a book. If there are going to be any condemnations they should be aimed at the way those who are freaking out over burning the Koran are behaving rather than of burning the Koran.

Nah, the Christians lost their minds a little when some so-called artist crapped on a picture or statue of Jesus. I don't recall anyone calling for the artist to be decapitated...although they did ask that his funding be stopped. Frankly, I agreed with them...most artists today should have their artistic license taken away.
