D, this is no different than the radical feminist sponsored "Satanic Cult" lawsuits which sprung up in the late 80's/early 90's.

Were there people who were molested? Absolutely. Were there tens of thousands of victims? Absolutely not. And to my knowledge, no case ever successfully proved the existence of the supposed "satanic cults".

The true motive for these allegations/lawsuits was financial gain, just as it is with these Catholic related allegations.

Have people been molested by Catholic Priests? Absolutely. But only a small percentage of those alleged victims held up by SNAP were genuine victims.

One case is resolved, and another magically appears in it's wake. That one is resolved, and another case appears. And on, and on, and on....

Just another coordinated scam to extort money from a religious organization with deep pockets.
