Homo guy again. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but really guy, get back on topic.

The fact that NDSU is getting called by OK and Pitt is a testiment to the fan base. What happened in Tx opened some eyes and the Minneapolis crowds dont hurt. My guess is 10,000 plus BISON fans would be at either of those games.

Funny...thats what Lakes predicted too. But it won't happen. They have CSU on their slate, because they are winnable.

I thought that was why UND scheduled Idaho? TWICE!

NDSU had more fans in Frisco than most schools average for attendabce. What does UND average about 8,000 or so?

There were more NDSU fans at the Gopher games than can even fit in the nations premier FCS College Football Venue: The insanely popular Fabulous Fargo Dome.

By the way, what do any of your posts have to do with FBS calling up FCS schools for games, which happens hundreds of times a year? Nothing. You're an idiot.

I am sure UND can fill the Metrodome or TCF Bank or even Target Field against the Gophers. (Target Field was an idea by Twins president Dave St. Peter (UND Alumn) of having the Gophers play UND in hockey outside).

So what is getting you so uptight about major universities calling NDSU then? I dont even know what school you support beause you arent worth knowing anything about, but I do know this you are a name caller.

NDSU is on the National College Football Map. The Major Universities now calling NDSU are recognizing several factors:

1) NDSU has the best traveling fan base in the FCS.
2) The NDSU athletic program, including football, is a model of efficency and success.
3) There is a huge amount of potential with the NDSU athletic program. FCS is only a stepping stone.

It hard to read your posts with all of the font size changing going on. Would you mind sticking to a normal font size?

Didn't they go 21 years between National titles or even playing in 1. Also didn't NDSU go 3-8 in 2009? 32-19. One shared conference title since becoming playoff eligible. I see 1 year of success. Unless you talk DII days and I know you and Lakes hate to reminice in the past.

Maybe Oklahoma is entertaining the thought of leaving Oklahoma State and Texas for a new conference, and sees NDSU as a new potential arch rival/peer institution?

1 year of success? What do you call the two 10-1 seasons, two consecutive years in the playoffs, and being frequently ranked in the top 10?

If that's failure, you must think pretty poorly of your institution.

I love this. The NDSU BISON are once again National Champions at Football. This time in the D1 FCS, where we win it on the field not in the back rooms. Now some are saying its not good enough because too much time has gone by.

What is the NDSU Divison 1 playoff record: 8-1 with 1 national title in the lasts 2 years? 4 sold out games in the insanely popular Fabulous Fargo Dome, the nations premier FCS Football Venue.

8-)

How could one win it in the back rooms?

Bring 10,000 fans.

Then you have no back room.

What a stupid thread..........the majority of the schools from the power FCS conferences routinely play top-tier BCS schools. What makes this news? :whocares:
