Maryland RB gives verbal to Portland State

Post by JALMOND »

DJ Adams is transferring to Portland State...

Seems like there is a mass exodus from Maryland. In trying to find more information on Adams, I saw that James Madison is getting another former Maryland running back as well. Talk seems to be that he is a good one, but I will refrain from the hype until I see it. Could be a Myles Wade type transfer (good) or a Willie Griffin type transfer (not so good). Remains to be see, I will say.

Anyone else have some information on him? Here's his bio from the Maryland website...

I don't know how Maryland is going to field a team next year.
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."

Its gonna take ALOT more than a shitty transfer tailback to get a BSC title. You guys need a premier qb

We need to replace both McCaffrey and Kavanaugh. Can't do it with just one. I agree, need the qb as well. :thumb:

He looks pretty good to me. Portland State has had an excellent recruiting class so far, perhaps the best in the Big Sky as of right now. I guess we'll see come signing day, but so far, pretty damn good. :thumb:

PSU lands No Cal JC QB (6'2" 200 lb. Collin Ramirez - Butte JC). Maybe he is the premier QB they have been looking for.

A Rivals 3 star, will play corner at JMU, the position he was originally recruited at.

JMU also getting Titus Till, a Rivals 4 star who started 6 games this past season at safety for Maryland.

ODU & UD I believe have also landed Maryland transfers.

That would be impressive if it wasnt Maryland, and all Marylands players werent leaving at the same time.
