Militaries use lots of refined petroleum products...gas, diesel, jet fuel...

And while Iran exports oil, they have to import refined products because of a lack of refining capabilities...

And how do they import those refined products...and who do they import them from???

Iran already rations gasoline for its people...

Cutting off access to the Strait of Hormuz would not only cut off oil to the outside world...it would cut off their necessary imports...

I say we double dare them to cut off the Strait...

We should back off some of the stringent sanctions and at least let them import some deodorant, and soaps for cripes sakes. How do you expect them to act??
