"Missouri State University officially announces the hiring of Joe Paterno, former head coach at Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA, to be it's 17th Head Football Coach, effective January 1, 2012. Current coach Terry Allen has been relieved of his coaching duties, effective December 1, 2011, and will assume a role in the MSU Bears Foundation Fundraising Office, according to the Missouri State Board Of Regents at a press conference held Saturday, 11/12/2011.

Patrick Allgren, Obudsman General for the MSU State University System, is quoted as saying the MSU community welcomes Coach Paterno to the Springfield and MSU communities and that the whole of southwestern Missouri will benefit from Coach Paterno's wealth of experience in both athletics and community service."

As stated before not if the prison system has anything to say about it he has too much to answer for his role in that scandal.He knew way too much not to let him slip out of town without answering for this crime
