Are the lights permanent? If so, will that hinder the additional phases of expansion at all? It looks like they still have additional expansion plans for all sides of the stadium still, at least, according to this vid:

T-Dog it was announced the beginning of this week that the GRIZ are going to have lights installed prior to the start of next season, so yes there will be lights for the Appy game in 2013.

Assuming the game even takes place in the first place. If app is FBS then, I doubt they'd be too excited about playing a little FCS team on the other side of the country.
