Poll: EWU, Preseason #1; Now What at 0-3?

ewu is 0-3 which seems shocking after their first game. this is a good team. road wins aren't easy. they have yet to play a home game. 2 of the 3 games have been close. back luck or are they not as good as the polls show?

1. @ washington L 30-27
2. @ south dakota L 30-17
3. @ montana L 17-14

next games are both at home:

4. #4 montana state
5. unranked weber state

do they start winning now or are they really going to under achieve?

i believe ewu is undefeated on the red rug.

last home game against weber, ewu lost 31-13 and beat msu 35-24.

Your just plain wrong on that too. NDSU has demonstrated to the nation they are a top notched squad,

NDSU is undefeated and by some measures a top 10 team. By all measures top 15. We will take that as a tally of what NDSU has accomplished this season against good competitors too. The Pards put up 40 last week I think, mid 30s anyway. They have a great football tradition in Lafayette!

In addition NDSU has the Spotlight Game at BCS/FBS rival Minnesota. If they can keep it close and lose it should really vault them up in the rankings, possibly to #1. Playing BCS/FBS teams close and losing is by the measure of many folks on this board better than a win against the BCS/FBS. So, if we can keep it close and lose, we should be #1. If NDSU should win they will probably only drop 1 place or 2.

Even you can't believe that shit. NDSU has beaten nobody. So far 'idle' has been their second toughest week. You have done nothing at the FCS level. Your braggadocio is embarrassing, but it convices nobody.

At least EWU schedules tough road games, and even at 0-3 they have their NC rings to console them. NDSU has a dome and you - Dome and Dummer.

2009 was actually the 1st year of the new BISON Dynasty. You werent reading the posts in 2009. I was pointing out what was good and what was going to be good. These are all things we agree on now. If I voted in the polls I would have EWU around 17 and on their way out if they lose again. NDSU lost 4 last season but beat a BCS team and played some of the best football teams in the country in the MVFC. EWU hasnt shown any of that type of play. Of course, NDSU went on to a successful playoff run.
