In 2010 we played USD and @Kansas, Morgan State was our cupcake. The year before we played @SHSU and @Iowa State, Wagner was the cupcake. We are always going to have one of these games, we play FBS games in part to pay for one of these games. In 2008 Taylor wanted to schedule six home games since it had been three or four years since we last had six home games, few teams wanted to come to Fargo so he got what he could.
I do blame GSU, their AD made it seem like the game would be played, then all of a sudden he didn't want to travel anymore. Maybe they didn't want a tough road game, I don't know but I hope the DII game they replaced us with bites them in ass like it did for Montana last year.

Utah State has nothing on Illinois State...their OOC consists of the Normal Junior High Special Ed Class....and the Illinois School of the Deaf, Dumb, and Blind.
funny you mention illinois st, last time the 2 met was in Normal and ISU won. lol.

We had a game with Idaho State in 2009 cancelled due to them backing out. So UND couldn't get a replacement in time so we had Brittney Spears show up instead. What did ISU replace UND with...Oklahoma they killed them 64-0. ISU finished the year 1-10 with that win over Portland State in the season finale. It may come back to haunt them.
