EWU/Montana should be huge even though the Eagles dropped a duece last week. Hampton/ODU will show where both teams stand. I voted for Southern/Jackson St for a few reasons:
1. Homer vote
2. Nobody else would
3. I'm surprised as hell that Southern would even be up for a game of the week
4. Should have a great atmosphere and crowd
5. last year's game was pretty crazy, probably the most entertaining and thrilling game in the series.

I voted for EWU vs. Montana but Sac St @ Weber should be another good one.

Went with the Homer pick. But would love to see Montana win. Also looking for Del. St. to "soften up" the Hens one week before the big one. Looks like another sub 20 point week for the JMU offense.

EWU-Montana. The Eagles have to turn this season around before it gets out of hand.

Pretty hard to think that Montana/EWU won't be game of the week, two pretty solid teams. EWU could fall out of playoff contention early on if they lose here. JMU/Liberty isn't going to be a slouch of a game either.

You could say mine was a homer vote but i went with JMU and Liberty because its a battle of in state non-conference rivals, top 25 teams AND Liberty is going for the 200th win in school history on Saturday night

JMU at Liberty looks to be the most interesting to me.

EWU is going to hell in a handbasket. 0-3 to start. :coffee:

No it wasn't. Why should an 0-2 team @ Montana be considered the National Game of the Week?

I went with JMU @ Liberty also.

Eagles @ the Griz hands down.
Would Eastern drop out of the top 25 if they went 0-3? Doubtful, but it's an interest thought for the defending champs.

Uh....yeah. They wouldn't be in my top 25 if they are 0-3 after Saturday.

Idaho State University vs. Northern Colorado.... the implications are huge. The other might go 0-fer the rest of the way.
