Good effort for SBU, just fell apart down the stretch. They will be very tough in the Big South this year.

There were some good takeawys from this game. True UTEP is not an an overwhelming power but is CUSA none the less. Im optimistic about our season. Over all I think we palyed pretty well on the road in the heat. . They wore us down late in the game and we didnt have answers for their big gainers. They made some adjustments in the 2nd half and took away our running game. Or offensive line played very well as did our D most of the game. So its on to Buffalo next Saturday. Temps should be cooler there for sure. But I think Buffalo is stronger team than UTEP .
