Mike returns for his junior season with the Wildcats and enters the fall as WSU’s starting quarterback. He has appeared in 16 career games in his two seasons with the Wildcats. He had a strong showing in WSU’s spring ball practices and culminated that with the spring game where he was 24-37 passing for 273 yards and one passing touchdown and one rushing touchdown

Registered 3,966 yards and 33 touchdowns for the Comets... Passed for 2,090 yards and 18 touchdowns his sophomore season... Completed 189 of his 305 attempts averaging 232.2 passing yards per game... 2009 Season: Played in all 11 games as a true freshman on offense, defense and special teams…began the season as a linebacker but shifted to running back midway through the season due to injuries at the position…carried the ball 29 times for 109 yards and a touchdown in a three-game span…best performance came in the win at Northern Colorado where he had 17 attempts for 75 yards and a score…recorded one tackle on defense.
