The first time I was in St. Louis I was walking around the downtown area (Laclade's Landing) drunk off my ass, and I felt completely safe at like 2 in the morning (my drunk state may have made me feel safer I guess). However, the next day I went to an amazing restaurant not 3 blocks from downtown in the middle of the day, I could see downtown looking down the road still, but did not feel safe at all....The end of the nice part and the slum is very very sudden.

and I think a waiting list of about 2,000. And you can pretty much take it to the bank that will be what? 20 straight sellouts by the end of this season?

It's a concern that teams like UMass and Towson with low fan support or have to travel far won't use their allotment of guest tickets but I think teams are required to send whatever tickets they dont use back to whatever school which I think would mean ODU would sell those tickets to the general public.

I haven't seen anything in an official press release or anything, but msusportsinfo posted that on bobcatnation yesterday. They didn't sell out, but I now they've started selling single game tickets, so I don't think they're selling season tickets anymore for this year.

Not a sell-out, but not bad considering the stadium capacity was 13k to 13.5k, with typical game selling out around 14.5k with temp seating/SRO last year.

Roughly, I think we have:
about 13k season tickets sold
4k-4.5k student seating
750? visiting team

So probably close to 18k tickets allocated w/o single game tickets.

i remember seeing some data in 2009 about weber state and utah state and montana. griz had over 19,000 and utah state had 4,300 and were talking about how they needed to up their tkts since utah had 30,000 season tkts. weber i have heard usually gets 2-3,000.

last yr stanford won the orange bowl and finished with a #4 ranking. They had 12,000 season ticket holders and only sold out one home game out of 6. stadium capacity is 50,000.

Labor day has alot to do with everything. There are around 900 tickets left for lafayette. But I would guess the student section wont be full cause of labor day. Freshman are still gonna be freshman. There are 400-500 tickets left for St Francis and the student section will be full. Walk ups should take care of the St Francis game cause its not on a holiday in which people go to their lake houses one last time before winter.

A sellout is 97% capacity correct? thats a little under 18200. Which if the GA fills and the students fill St francis would already be a sellout, unless boatloads of people already bought tickets then decide to not show up.
