So of ALL QB's in college, even those NOT seniors, Nate Montana is considered the 25th best prospect???? No fucking way....rebla 49er wrote:The New CBS prospects list includes players who are NOT ending their eligibility in 2012. This is a huge change from previous editions. For instance, you can see Andrew Luck, Landry Jones, and Matt Barkley ('13) have all pushed Tannehill, Weeden, Foles, Harnish, Keenum down.

Look -- i wouldn't pick him as my 25th best QB prospy...But maybe scouts would because of his name alone. Heck, he might not even be the 125th best QB out there. I just think (1) player name and bloodlines are often influential and (2) CBS does a fairly good job with their rankings......there are a ton of other draft services out there that operate like second-hand fan resources.

Yep...they aren't ranking the players, they are ranking the name.Grizalltheway wrote:Aaaaand there's your answer right there.rebla 49er wrote:Look -- i wouldn't pick him as my 25th best QB prospy...But maybe scouts would because of his name alone.
