Delaware Enacts Civil Unions Law

Earlier this week, Gov. Markell signed the civil unions bill into law.

The signing venue: Wilmington's historic Queen Theater!

Truth is stranger than fiction.

A packed house applauded the event. Kudos, I say.

A minority of catholic democrats in the Maryland State Assembly tried to get the wording in the Gay marriage bill changed to a Civil Union, but were denied. Which killed it's chances of passing, so they tabled it until next year.

But we give illegals in state tuition.
