A member of the US Senate Intelligence Committee has told CNBC that the death of Osama Bin Laden was a direct result of enhanced interrogations.

"The information that eventually led us to this compound was the direct result of enhanced interrogations; one can conclude if we had not used enhanced interrogations, we would not have come to yesterday's action," US Senator Richard Burr in a telephone interview with CNBC.

Me thinks Cappy doesn't understand what a "scandal" is.

The only scandalous thing here is that Obama retained---and continued to use---the very methods put in place by the Bush Administration that Obama RAILED ON during the campaign to catch and kill Bin Laden. In fact those very resources (most of which, except for Waterboarding, McCain agreed with) were what got McCain labeled "McBush"....and lo and behold, as soon as Obushma is privy to the intelligence that he wasn't privy to as a junior senator from Illinois he realized the value of these methodologies and kept EVERY ONE OF THEM in place.

Obama=Bush when it comes to the war on terror...and all you cum-guzzling Obamabots will go to your grave without ever admitting that a large part of the reason why Obushma was elected has been completely marginalized and conveniently forgotten about as Obushma adopts all of Bush's policies and gleefully uses them at every opportunity.

Foreign policy wise, I don't see how even the most brain dead Obama supporter doesn't realize that he is very much Bush part II. Economically, there is no doubt he has us heading in Carter's direction. The economy is barely on life support, sky high unemployment, sky high gas prices, the price of food climbing on a daily basis, and inflationary pressures are starting to find it's way in other markets, too.
