Hadn't seen these before. I apologize in advance to UD fans if this is painful.

What next, a thread on EWU installing a red field or the NDSU game?

Looking forward to another west coast or mid west champion. The east coast ones are so full of themselves that they are hard to live with.CAA Flagship wrote:We can't crown another champion soon enough.89Hen wrote:What next, a thread on EWU installing a red field or the NDSU game?![]()

Much to my dismay, I've yet to met, or see pictures of Kalm, 93, or bluehen, so I can't pick 'em out. But, I do see a couple of people I know in that pic!
My question(s) about that picture is/are: "Why did Frisco put Eastern on one end of the field, and Blue Hens on the other end? Why not Eagles/Blue Hens, or Eastern/Delaware?

Biggest regret was not taking advantage of the chance to hang with you and senior more.

I'm guessing (I'd need an EWU fan to verify) that they took the end zone specifications from each school, because the "BLUE HENS" looks exactly like it does at The Tub.Grizo406 wrote:93henfan wrote:$1,000 to the first person who can find Kalm, 93henfan, and bluehenbillk in this picture.

Re: Great photos from the 2011 FCS NC Game
When you get into a conversation with people on the east coast, the question of where you went to school eventually comes up. Not so much on the west coast. The point being that the college experience, including athletics, is bigger on the east coast. That plus the fact that there are more of us, thus closer together where you usually know people that went to the other schools. It is what it is.SloStang wrote:Looking forward to another west coast or mid west champion. The east coast ones are so full of themselves that they are hard to live with.CAA Flagship wrote:

True. Villanova has terrible support. They only average 8,500 fans per game. What does Eastern average?Grizalltheway wrote:Yeah, and thank god all three Villanova fans forgot they had even won it two weeks after the fact.89Hen wrote: Thank God it doesn't happen often.

Re: Great photos from the 2011 FCS NC Game
If the college experience was any better or bigger at Cal Poly I would most likely be in jail. So much to do. The beach, snow skiing in the mountains and water skiing on the lakes, great night life down town..... Also California has the best looking women in the world and San Luis Obispo has some of the best weather you can find. To top it all off Cal Poly offers a top notch education. No way am I going to give you that the college life on the east coast is bigger or better.CAA Flagship wrote:When you get into a conversation with people on the east coast, the question of where you went to school eventually comes up. Re: Great photos from the 2011 FCS NC Game
Those activities you mentioned have nothing to do with college. Any schmoe can do that if they live in that area. I'm talking about college activities not college-aged activities. But I'm not saying the average east coast education is better than the west coast's, I'm saying it is more meaningful.SloStang wrote:If the college experience was any better or bigger at Cal Poly I would most likely be in jail. Gonna have to agree. Skiing, boats, going out "downtown"... shit, we were eating $1 spaghetti nights at Pappy's Pizza and scrounging together nickels to buy a keg of Old Milwaukee.CAA Flagship wrote:Those activities you mentioned have nothing to do with college.
