Just a question that might make this all a moot point:

Is there any obscure clause in the Constitution somewhere that says if you have already been President of the United States that you are automatically a citizen? If so, problem solved!

Of course not, you moron. Why would the constitution contain such a clause when citizenship (native birth) is a prerequisite for the presidency?
