And I have no idea about what season the "Sac State tuning the corner" talk started, but it sure as hell wasn't when Moosh was HC, ('03-'06). A 5-3 BSC record last season definitely helps. With what we have returning, there is no excuse for not making the playoffs this season.

I don't think if Sac misses the playoffs it will be a disappointment. If you guys get to 7-4 but barely miss it because of a bunch of other teams stepping up, then I'd say it was a good season for you guys.

I'll take 7-4. We've has some shake ups on the defensive coaches. It'll be interesting to see how things go. I though last season was a damn good defensive year for us. And seeing as this is the 3rd straight year of having a bye before the EWU game, I see it doing us no good...again...
