This coming season we'll hit the magic 7 number. Last season Sac was 11 points away from being 10-1 (never had a chance against Stanford) and next season we return 17 starters.

I don't see SUU beating Sac, but who knows.

SuperHornet has some weird hatred toward SUU, don't exactly know why though. He never passes up an opportunity to talk trash about SUU all the while playing the pet of the Montana's.

Even so, 10 years is a fairly long time to not reach 7 wins.

Typical CS "logic." Say something's "never" happened, then when presented with evidence to the contrary, come back with "I meant this SUBSET of time" which was never part of their original point. If you mean a particular subset of time, then SAY so. Generalities are hardly ever true over long stretches of time.

I am not to concerned with the credibility of SuperHornets predictions as for some reason he thinks Mines is still a better fit for the Big Sky then SUU, also probably thinks that they would go 8-3 with this schedule as well . Very used to the doubters at this point, but as Slostang pointed out we played just as well against the eventual Champions as Delaware did.

I however am rather happy with this schedule, it gives us the opportunity to win enough D1 games and get a shot at the playoffs unlike last years schedule. I really think we have a chance at getting 7 to 8 wins however it will be no cakewalk, but I firmly agree that we have a chance to beat everyone on our schedule. I am even a little optimistic about beating the Rebels at home since plainly, they suck.

Nova had reached the National Semifinal and was at the tale end of some very long travel. They clearly had a better season as whole than SUU last year. But after watching both teams in person, considering the athleticism, size, speed, and talent they were both equally impressive opponents who played us right down to the wire.

During the regular season, yes. 2011 is the National Champions Tour; giving other teams the chance to see what one looks like.
