How does one start-up a new football program...Old Dominion University is doing just that, with 2009 being it's very first season...
Recruiting has gone well, and they have a couple of games lined up...

I half expected to see ODU on our schedule since I think the two University presidents are friends. Or at least they swapped jobs back in the early 90's. Maybe the counter part isn't at ODU anymore.
