Congrats Eagles. At least this would give the Hens home field through Frisco. ;)

While I am surprised as well, I didn't have W&M as making it much further.

Congrats to GSU. That means either the Colonial or the Southern will be represented in the National Championship and it will be a CAA vs. SoCon semi...good stuff. Fun game to watch...more teams should run the TO.

I know we are a better team than we were in September, but I'm still not real confident we can beat Wofford. That game was not as close as the score indicated. It took a lot of Wofford blunders to be able to only lose by 2.

Don't know why we didn't put in a bid for round 2.

I heard that too. Was thinking I just didn't know the call.
Offense encrochment is a call.

Until the snapper touches the football, the wide receiver can back up and reset or step up and reset to get proper alignment. Once the snapper has touched the football and the ready-for-play signal has been given, it is a dead-ball foul for encroachment.

I believe
No. That is an illegal motion penalty. The idiot ref just blew the call.

Considering that GSU is in the round of eight, just beat the #2 seed on the road convincingly, and only has 2 senior starters and returns 41 out of 44 on the two deep on both sides of the ball and both specialists next year... yeah, they're back.

It wasn't the same without you. It's good to see Appy have some competition.

Heck, glooking at the GSU/W&M game notes shows only one GSU senior on defense and zero on offense of 22 starters. Only team I've seen that returns more than JMU (19 of 22 from last 2 games).

W&M had major difficulty with JMU's wildcat, and they did with GSU's triple option. Congrats to GSU. Probably won't win it all this yr, but will likely be the pre season favorite to win the So-Con and one of the top national title contenders next yr.

I agree, GSU is definitely back.
