Its been quite a year
We should have at least got a glimpse of how crazy the year was going to be in the first couple weeks. This year saw some traditional powers fall close to the pack, some unknowns have phenomenal seasons, and some great matchups every week. Every year, I come in thinking that the year cannot eclipse what happened last year and every year I am wrong. Now, the wacky season will continue for 20 lucky teams on their quest for the national title and if the playoffs go as well as the season, we all are in for some wonderful games and exciting moments. Good luck to those whose teams are fortunate to move on to the playoffs. As for the rest of us, next year will definitely be as exciting, if not more.

FBS wins, crazy conference races, upsets, great individual performances, and lots of great discussion on CS.com. Let's hope it only gets better from here.

Definitely a wacky but fun filled year. Nice to see some new faces in the Post season talks. I am very happy for my Alma Mater, Wofford to return to the Playoffs. I wonder if a 3rd SOCON team can make the field of 20?

Happy to have found this place. Thanks to the folks over at egriz.com (right?) for giving the heads up for this site. I enjoy hearing insight from fanbases far and wide throughout the FCS. I also appreciate that, more often than not, the conversation is reasonable and rarely turns into a pissing contest. Keep it up, championshipsubdivision.com.

Yes, it has been. And hopefully will continue to be as we go into the playoffs.JALMOND wrote:We should have at least got a glimpse of how crazy the year was going to be in the first couple weeks. Thanks for the weekly power rankings, Jalmond. I seldom post, but always check out your rankings.
