I am sure the crowd will be a factor a cause a few penalties. It is going to be a good game.
Lulay didn't win that game (14-25 for 154, 1 Int); he just didn't lose it like Edwards did (8-32 for 106, 1 Int). Credit had to go to the MSU D. 10-7.

I'm pretty sure I remember a TD pass to one Junior Adams.

Cats don't play well on the road, this is a true statement.

Turnovers/bad defense have been the key to road struggles:

At WSU: 3 picks.
At Sac: defense decided to stop playing at halftime for whatever reason.
At NAU: well I just can't explain this one. 123 of total offense is lower than many of our single quarters this year.
At ISU: 4 fumbles.

The Cats better clean up the fumbles that have plagued them the last few weeks.

Not as hard to envision as MSU winning only their second game in Missoula since 1985.

More pressure on MSU: win they are BSC co-champs and have the autobid and possible seed; lose, they are third in the pecking order of BSC playoff teams. It's possible for UM to make the top 20 with a loss; have you forgotten when MSU got a home game, let alone top 16, with 7-4 in 2006 after getting beaten by UM?

They had also beaten FBS Colorado. :coffee: UM will not make the field if they lose to the Cats.

The only two wins the Cats have on the Road came from Overtime wins. The other two road games ended up as loss.
Montana has not lost a game all year at home. Good Luck.

Check your record against teams with winning records this year. We haven't looked great on the road, but this team finds ways to win. Sound familier??

That's our vacation property. It just looks like home with the Griz presence and the record we hold there.

Wow, making my first Cat/Griz classic, and it appears it's going to be a slop-fest!

I have tickets firmly in the middle of Bobcat Territory, and yes that will be me and Ol 55 decked out in beautiful maroon and white....

You're winless since the re-model, but your interior decorator made some bold color choices. :thumb:

It does sound familar but our backs are pinned up against th wall. I don't think a Cat can keep a Grizzly pinned up long enough to win a game on the road.

It's like any other remodel. It takes a day or two to get used to but before you know it you're telling everybody else how great the decorator is.

That's why you walk into some older people houses and see some Avocado appliances there. It was considered fashionable and cutting edge at one point but even when the gimmick is over you stick with it because it feels like home I guess. Plus like I said, it's a vacation home.

Fletcher has befriended another first-year Patriot, running back Danny Woodhead. Their paths crossed once in college during Fletcher's redshirt freshman season at MSU.

It was in 2006, the week after the Bobcats upset Colorado, when Woodhead's Division II Chadron State team came to Bozeman and defeated the ‘Cats 35-24. Woodhead, a junior, ran for 215 yards that day and finished his college career with an all-divisions record of 7,871 yards.

Woodhead, all 5-foot-8 of him, is now the Patriots' second leading rusher.

"Danny's my really good buddy out here," Fletcher said. "Ever since he got here, we started giving each other crap about him beating us. Every day, he'll bring it up somehow. I'll throw ‘short' jokes at him every now and then to get even. That's about all I got."

Roos field...the avocado appliance of football surfaces. Deep down, you knew it was probably a cheesey thing to begin with, but once you lay down the cash by golly you're not gonna let any of your friends know you regret the decision.

(BTW Ursus, I grew up with avocado appliances that were still in the house 26 years later when the folks finally sold it)

I'm going to throw a statement similar to the title of this thread:

Justin Roper does not play well on his back.

You may not have seen the UND game cat. That was flat out the opposite of a Fred Astaire out there and it wasn't because he was in danger of anything except of course the danger of not being able to master your own two feet. :o
