I honestly believe there is no way a 8-3 MSU team doesn't get in. The only possibility to not get in would to be completely destroyed by UM, which is certainly always a possibility.
The Cats are likely to be at #10 in the polls tomorrow. We likely won't drop during the bye week, and if we lose to UM I don't see us falling out of the top 15. Even at #16 I think an 8-3 MSU team gets in.
Big Sky Playoff Teams in for sure?

8-3 team from the CAA, Big Sky, Missouri Valley, Southland, or So Con is a lock from historical data in a 16 team playoff let alone a playoff that added 2 more at large spots.

Under normal circumstances, that would be true. But if the committee goes ECB and conference counts (which is "officially" verbotten, but everyone knows they do it anyway), the Kitties COULD be the odd one out if they lose to the Griz (which WILL happen). That's not guaranteed, but it's theoretically possible. It would also be a travesty.Northcoast wrote:8-3 team from the CAA, Big Sky, Missouri Valley, Southland, or So Con is a lock from historical data in a 16 team playoff let alone a playoff that added 2 more at large spots.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Anything is possible but I would not bet on your theory.

A theory usually involves rational logic behind it, which SH usually fails to include.Northcoast wrote:SuperHornet wrote:
