Higgin's pick bounced off a receiver's hands 2 times. Must have been floating for 3 seconds before PSU snagged it. over 50% of Higgin's picks are the receivers faults. At least last yr it was bad passes.

Best game all yr at WSU; best game since the snow bowl vs NAU last yr.
