Very sloppy game by both sides. Maine has talent.. probably the 2d best team UD has faced this year.. but turnovers and inopportune penalties killed their chances vs UD. As for the Hens.. enough dropped passes for an entire season and as a result UD left a lot of points on the field. Devlin looked great.. probably would have had over 350 yrds passing had the Hens been able to hold on to the football.

Crosby got a standing ovation when he finally didn't drop a ball thrown to him in the 3rd quarter. Thankfully, Rob Jones came to play! :thumb: :notworthy:

Looked like a partial letdown today and we still won handily. O-line pass-blocked beautifully but wasn't really doing much in the run category. Defense did a poor job of tackling where they have been stuffing people on the first hit most of the year. Kicking game was brutal. Wagner's punting was stellar (downed at the 10, 7, and 3 on three of his punts).

They'll get it right in time for W&M in two weeks.

It's great when you can get a win fairly comfortably and be disappointed with the way the team played. Crosby needs some stick-up.

Lucky you, No Delawarean has ever gotten this close to the Greenville Motor Mouth, walking, talking "Summer of Recovery" Gaffe machine.

They were keeping most Delawareans at a safe distance, even at this Delaware football game. :D

What section? Anyone see NJ Gov Christie this year? I am on the Dallas Greene side.

Believe it or not, I think Christie has been at every game. I've seen him at 3 of 4 games so far personally.

Christie has season tickets that he has actually paid for unlike motor mouth gaffe machine Joe.

Christie actually went over and spoke with Biden for awhile. And I agree, Christie is the bigger fan, both literally and figuratively. But I don't begrudge Biden his fandom - even though he's never there as much as others, he's still a Blue Hens fan.
